Seattle To The Cruise Ship!

We woke to a beautiful Seattle Sunday morning and were rearin' and ready to go as we began this exciting new adventure.  It's romantic to do do things together for the first time, and exploring the Alaskan landscape seemed like a perfect way to celebrate 25 years of being married to my very best friend.  


Oh how I love this strong, steady, deliberative, protective, quiet, thoughtful, hard-working, loyal  man of mine.  I couldn't wait to bask in his presence all alone for seven sensational days!  It was a time to re-connect our hearts and talk about our future hopes & dreams.


I want to make sure we've not become dulled down in areas of our life that matter most....Our walk with the Lord, our parenting, our homeschooling, our home.   


I want to laugh, eat, take pictures, and talk late into the night.  All of this begins with this bus that is about to take us to our cruise ship, "The Norwegian Pearl."


And it all begins here:

It all started with a glass of wine and relaxing conversation

We then explored the ship

The gym was beautiful and we both used it. 

Though, Scotty used it more than me;)

They had a beautiful on-board, in-door spa area
